    This was an amazing practice, especially to begin my Sunday morning. I love how you focused on flexibility, stretching patient resilience, just beautiful. The pace was perfect today, slow and steady, where you have to use the strength of your body and mind. Your meditation at the end actually allowed my busy mind to relax.     This is a fast-paced flow and obviously done after the sun comes up. I was looking for a morning routine to help wake up,something a little slower. And this flow is definitely for advanced practitioners.

    My experience with the heart chakra yoga class was absolutely amazing. This practice is incredibly intense for me, resonating on both energetic and physical levels.
